How is that ? Because they come split off of a main beam tine ? It's symmetrical rack though , shouldn't hurt the scoring . That's a ten point in my book ! Congrats brother .
That's right. One side of the split would be the tine, the other would be an abnormal point. It would also affect the last circumference measurement as an 8 instead of 10. He may score 125 as a typical 8 pointer or 140+ as a non typical 10. If a deer only had a common base on one side what would typically be a measurable tine length now becomes a deduction. It has cost a few records over the years.
