Saw a video of somebody making these so I had to try them.

Sliced links open, stuffed with cream cheese, jalapenos, fresh grated cheddar, and then sprinkled parm and paprika on top.

Smoked at 325 on the Weber with some hickory branches. Good on a bun but I thought it was better slicing them up and putting them on a cracker. Give them a try!

Looks like I will trying to make those in the near future. I know the firecracer brats are hard to find at certain times.

Seems I usually see them around Memorial Day, the 4th, and Labor Day. I always stock up on them! The Irish O'garlic ones are pretty good as well!
