Mayos sausage

Tried some of this today. Real close to old country sausage. Anyone else use it? Bentons has a similar sausage in 3 lb rolls

Mayos is good. Great back-up when we cant find anyone local making sausage. We've got one local 2lb stick smoked in freezer now but its becoming harder to find anyone making it anymore?...hadnt looked in a while but most CeeBee stores carry Mayos...or they did at one time.

I know it's a name, but dang it I hate anything with mayo on it. I'd have a hard time trying it without gagging just because of the name. Sorry for the rabbit trail

I think I will run to Oak Ridge after while, wife is off today so mini road trip lol, I take it that I would find it in the frozen meats section? might strike out in the fresh today.

Not frozen. Wife picked it up there. In the meats section. Sorry for late response. Hope you found it

I did it was in 1 of the bins out in the isle. Cut the end off and cooked it when I got home great flavor but a little case hardening on the very end, that's expected, rest will be fine
