Old post, but I finally got around to putting my two together this afternoon.
These are very solid ladder stands! And at only $50, I can put them in a couple of sketchy areas that I wouldn't leave a nicer stand.

These are very solid ladder stands! And at only $50, I can put them in a couple of sketchy areas that I wouldn't leave a nicer stand.

That reminds me. I need to put together the second one I bought...and decide where to put it in the woods. Really, the only thing I don't like about these ladders is the lack of a backrest. Other than that, they seem like they'll be pretty comfortable, and yes, very solid.
