Well, its only restricted to the majority of us, the 25 or so guys in the Gentleman's Club have access to the area. That's how the trail cam pics surfaced. Its illegal to use cameras on the fort.

i wonder how far off the road they had to go to "hit" it , or how fast did they have to speed up :D

also, does the person who hit it get to keep the antlers ?

I doubt they get to keep it, had a boy down here get in some deep poop for picking up a roadkill on Shiloh national park.
