One part dales, two parts allegro smoked flavored. Soak overnite. Lay out on paper towels and season with tony chacheros and pepper. Be careful with chacheros too much can really spice it up. But we like it spicy. If you like it hot use allegro hot. This week I'm going with one part of each dales, allegro smoke and allegro hot.
My kids will sneak down at night and steal it. Its addictive. Bet ya can't each just one.
