I plan to start reloading eventually, but not in the immediate future. I've been saving my brass for a while, but I'm currently well stocked in ammo.

However, with the Christmas season approaching, I'm getting asked what my list is...and there's really nothing on it.

So maybe this would be a good way to ease into gettin the equipment to reload. But I don't know where to start.

Any particular brands that are good....or to stay away from?
Any good books on the subject?

thanks

I have the rock chucker supreme kit and want to upgrade to an automated powder dispenser and digital scale.

Are they all about the same as far as quality?
Do you have to have the same brand scale and dispenser for them to communicate?
The RCBS looks to be about $250ish

Found a different brand in a cabelas or bass pro flyer and it came out under $200

rcbs customer service is great. I had a electronic scale go bad years after purchase and they just sent me a new one. I now have the RCBS Chargemaster combo and it was a life altering positive experience (only the reloaders will know what I mean)
