Duck hunting on oh lake?

I have permission to hunt a private place on old hickory lake that's in unit 2 for ducks. Property is more than 200 yds away from any active dwelling, is that legal, if I need to call the region I will the area manager over old hickory wma & duck hunting is no help.

According to the hunting guide, unit 2 can only be hunted from registered blind sites.
