Covert Code black Issues

I have had at least 2-3 Covert code black running for the last 3 years continuously. Now I am not getting any pics? Called Covert and of course "are you by your camera.." NO.

I am just wondering if I am not the only one?

Gave up on them . Got their new link system and wasnt impressed with it or the customer service now . Maybe things will change

Well after the 2nd trip to the cameras and completing all the steps advised including firmware update, card format, download settings, default settings. They still aren't sending! Check back with support and they are telling me the firmware is not taking and that I will have to manually load it onto a SD but only after I give them the serial # to get the correct firmware from the camera!
