So we had a nice 10pt show up on juvenile weekend. My oldest son couldn't get a shot on him. Get a few pics of him this week. It would be my boys biggest buck to date. So i decide to let him hunt this morning rather than myself. I explained to him how much more difficult mature bucks are to kill compared to the more common 2.5 year olds that he's had pretty regular success with. He actually was able to arrow a really nice 8pt on Monday after the juvenile hunt. But this big 10 is different. We named him Hank. I told him to sit all day today if he wanted to get him. But what does dad know right? 
Anyhow we just swapped the card on the camera before he goes back for the evening hunt. Guess who is there. 20 yards from the stand exactly 3 minutes before i get back there. . Kind of bummed about it but atleast we know he is still alive and in the area.
