Brisket 20 Hours

I set it on smoke setting and it ran about 180 for about 5 hrs kicked it up to 220 for a few hrs then 250 the remainder til i hit 205 in the point, this brisket weighed over 17lbs with very little fat that I trimmed off, was worried about lack of but turned out perfect, used lumber jack hickory pellets and my pitboss Austin lx pellet smoker

Thats only the flat on the cutting board point was behind it on sheet pan to give you a idea of size was hanging off both sides of it carring it in lol
