Does anyone know of any boat storage facilities in the Franklin/Nashville area that are reasonably priced? Would prefer something along the 840 corridor. I've already checked with local self storage places (mini-warehouses), and not looking to spend the $200 to $300 per month these places want for a 10' x 30' bay. I do need a 30' bay depth, and would consider just having covered storage. Doesn't have to be all new and flashy, just secure enough to leave my boat within 30 minutes of my house (I live in Franklin).
