Are these legal to hunt over??? What legal?

Coming from KY where baiting is legal, just want to make sure here. I see these as Bass pro or the acorn drop bucket? Are these legal to hunt over?

Also, mineral blocks or licks like a trophy rock is okay correct?

I may be wrong but if it says attractant on the package (which this does)it is illegal. And because it also contains food product.

Read the ingredients. To be legal, it must be 51% salt. I THINK! check that to be sure but I think that is the requirement. Just to be safe, try skill instead of bait. It works twice as well.

The wardens have told me, anything with the word "attractant" is illegal to hunt over. So to be safe, I hunt around oak trees. Nature's attractant.

Isn't trophy block and mineral salt called a "mineral attractant?" I think the ingredients are what matters, not how they market it.

SCN answered this on the TWRA section I believe. Trophy rocks are ok, and bait or attractant has to be gone for 10 days before you can hunt that spot.
