I have two Garmin units. The first a older handheld 12XL or something. It is a good unit, but use it very little. I also have a 2610 Street Pilot for the truck and motorcycle. It too has been a good unit. But I was having a problem with the unit. I went to the Garmin web site and trying to solve the problem. I did everything the instructions on the website said. At last it told me to call Garmin if the problem still existed. Long story short I was on hold over an hour and a half before I talked with someone. After another 30-40 minutes the tech solved my problem. Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining, but it did take a long time the get to talk to someone.
