All of the straight wall AR talk is interesting- what about an AR upper in 35 Remington?

Good point, cartridge length would be limited to what would fit in mags, and factory saami spec ammo coal probably would be too long to work in a standard AR-15.It'd have to be an AR-10, wouldn't it? Those tend to be pretty heavy, nullifying some of the handling advantages of an AR.
I was just coming to correct myself. I had to go pull a round out and look at it. I think it would work.Not rimmed like the 3030. With all the talk of new cartridges I thought there were plenty of old ones that work well.
