This puppy cooked in oven at 210 degrees

We are going to cook one Saturday it's 10 lbs but going to try your method. Looks great
A 7.99# took me 3 hours 15 minutes to reach 122 degrees.
The resting time went from 122 to 131 degrees.

Time frame on resting was 55 minutes.

With the above information you should be able to get decently close to the time that you want to serve the meal.

Looks great. I love prime rib, but the wife on the other hand can't handle any meat not burned to a char. Use to go a little dive bar in key largo named ship wrecks on Tuesday nights that served prime rib on that particular night, I was there every week like clock work.

I have friends that like theirs on the done side also.
Just put the slice of prime rib in microwave oven do 30 second sessions until you get the desired doneness.
