I was following up on my previous comment of if the NOA were to be based on existing recruiting rules not the NIL stuff. There is nothing the NCAA can do regarding NIL which is their own fault. They had years upon years to lay the groundwork and sat around with their thumbs up their @$$ instead of being proactive.
Cool story except 1) UT didn't sue the NCAA. Conveniently you change it to fit your story of "we got caught so we will sue". The school didn't sue. The state did on behalf of all collegiate athletes at any school in the state. Also Virginia is in this suit too but you never mention any of their schools.Let's voluntarily gain our institution admittance into the NCAA and in doing so agree to abide by the governance/rules of the NCAA…..until they catch us cheating and then we are going to sue the NCAA while we are still a member.
Have any of you thought that the NCAA could just ban UT from participation in any NCAA sanctioned events until the lawsuit is settled? The SEC could do the same because there are rules within the conference as well. Just don't see how this ends well. Maybe I should practice being a mental gymnast like many of you are.

2)There was never any NOA and there won't be. They just leaked they were investigating. There's been no allegation formally made.
You and some other rival schools want to make this particular suit about a school you hate but this suit is about the NCAA taking constitutional rights away from free grown men to make money. It's illegal to do that and that's why the NCAA lost the injunction and will lose any appeals they might file.

I have land in KY spend a good amount of time there. My works home office is in Louisville as well so even when I'm not on my land I still have to take trips to KY alot do alot of hunting in KY
