I would guess yes.Are these local ducks?
NOW we're getting to the bottom of it. Get it all out bud....we're here for yaI prefer pessimism & panic, but then I'm also a UT fan in addition to being a duck hunter so that's all I really know.
Well…NOW we're getting to the bottom of it. Get it all out bud....we're here for ya
This has NOTHING to do with hunting.....it's the UT pain talkin.
View attachment 121412I'm not a big duck hunter like you guys, and I realize little to no back water and 70 degree temps are not desired by any of you. With that said, I know a few boys who thumped them this past weekend, along the Forked Deer River. They even killedyea
Where do you get these from?
What are we looking at? I feel pretty confident it's bad news but can't tell what it is exactly.
Yep he is one of the few places that post day to day weather events. It's from ReedView attachment 121528
From looking at the rain forecasts, and the projected temps next weekend, I'm seriously considering going deer hunting instead of duck hunting. This could change things a little.
I am not saying it should be good today or any other day. Just hopefully the sub zero temperatures will push down the ducks still holding up North.I used to think i knew what weather would affect the ducks, but the last couple of years proved I know nothing. Days I thought would be good were bad, and days I packed up and left they slaughtered them. My new motto is, you must be present to win.
I would like to see the bottoms full but zero back waterI'll take rain and backwaters over cold right now.
We need the bottoms to fill up, then it get cold lol
But you got a top pick for the year in the bottom lolI would like to see the bottoms full but zero back water
I rarely hunt the draw blinds, I have not hunted them in 3 years. But I keep putting in mostly because I enjoy seeing people in the group and have been friends for a long time. I mostly hunt private land in the same bottoms. But you got a top pick for the year in the bottom lol
