Reminds me of car people who also claim to have something that doesn't exist like a 77 Trans Am with the 400 Hemi in it.

You're best to run the other way and not even talk to them any more. :)

Ha, ha, ha, that's exactly what I was just thinking. If you are buying "collectable" guns and cars you better know what you are doing. I love the S&W revolvers and have a bunch of them. But they were all bought at "shooter" prices. I know a lot, but not enough to get into that "collector" stuff.

I was looking at 68-72 Chevelle's this morning though. ;)

Yeah, I think I would politely decline and move on after deleting all contact info relative to the seller.

Mebbe if you can get the serial number you can find out if it is stolen. Lot of that going on.
