I'm on the phone right now with TWRA in Nashville. They are telling me that the program from the new vendor is still under construction and they don't know when it will be completed. I asked why this change was made during the dog days of summer instead of during hunting season. They told me that due to "fiscal restraints" the change over could not be made at that time. Basically, they didn't think the process thru. :bash: So, we'll just hafta wait until the update to the Hunters Toolbox program is completed. Just another example of the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing! :smash:
