I'm contemplating that Blackstone Griddle. Try it, you'll see if it's worth buying, then let me know.

Look up Meateaters recipe for turkey schnitzel. We have been cooking that for several years at deer camp on a Blackstone. Absolutely delicious! I can promise you, you won't be disappointed and it's easy!

I came here to say this.....

Some sort of fried cutlet would do well on a griddle

I cooked one last Sunday on the griddle. Cut up in 1" cubes marinated in allegro and Italian dressing then put on the griddle and cooked with blacken seasoning and stale kracker Cajun 2 step. Only regret I had is wish I had used the fire seasoning instead of the original.
