I have purchased my first smoker and was wanting some ideas on what you veteran smokers use for pork. I was thinking of apple wood chips for baby backs. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Ditto on the apple...If you can get apple wood you will be pleased...I actually cook on all hardwoods but really like Hickory and red oak...Wildcat said:I use hickory and apple.
