Before all the haters hate, just moved recently and sold my smoker. Didn't use it all that much so no loss. Cooked these babyback's in the oven all said and done for about 3 hours. Dang good for not being cooked over a pit

275 for about 2.5 hours and then I sauced and broiled for 4-5 minutes. Did the broiler 3 times
