A hipothetical question ! Say if you were hunting a piece of property that was in two counties, say for instance, Sevier County, and Blount County. You are set up on Sevier County side, and shot a Deer on Blount County. Which county would you put down that you killed it in. lol... Just a thought I had the other day while on stand !

Obviouly, you put down the county you shot the deer in. That would be the legal answer. Why would there even be a question?

It suppose to go to the county the taxes are paid in. All property has parcels. If you have a piece of property (one parcel) that is in 2 counties, then the county the taxes are paid in; is the one you should sheck the deer in.
