Food Plots When to fall plant

I plan on disc up an area of clover that hasn't done well and planting some wheat and turnips, is Labor Day about the right time to do this in middle tn?

Yep, we are gonna plant the first week of september

we did ours two weeks before labor day last year and they did great but that was the only weekend our club could get together to work same thing this year its also a 6 hr drive so we gotta go when we can good luck on your plots
