I remember those old bears and the stingers look just like them. I guess a head with a chisel point isnt cut on contact. You can actuallly still buy those old bear razorheads on ebay nib
I love those old Bear Razorheads. Killed no telling how many deer with them.

Zwickeys have been my go to for years now.

Glad to see SOME of the high-tech in archery. I bow hunted with a $99 Bear Whitetail Hunter. It had a glue-on rubber arrow rest. At the time, NO ONE was talking about tuning bows.

I shot magnus stingers and they are the sharpest broadlead I've ever shot and I've shot alot, I also loved the rage 1.5 in cut but had terrible luck with the 2in cut.
Magnus are sharp out of the box for sure. Put them in stay sharp guide, give them a few runs on some 1200 and 1500 grit sandpaper, then a few strops on the back of a cereal box with some Buffing compound and you will see a whole new level of sharp.
