Going to start my season this year with my Marlin 444 and once I kill with it I am going to carry my Marlin 45-70. Just always wanted to kill a deer with both. If I am fortunate enough to do that I will finish with either a 35 Remington or 30-30.

Those are some seriously traditional guns, and good ones at that!

Bought a rifled barrel for my 12 gauge Winchester sxp yesterday. I plan on putting some sabots through it this year and see how she does at a distance. I've got an area of Priest WMA right down the road from me that I'll likely frequent after work. I'll be shooting my grandads old model 70 .300 win mag everywhere else.

CVA Optima with either Powerbelts or that new Hornady bullet.
Gonna break out the 450 Bushmaster this rifle season and see how it does.
