I seen a thread before spring Turkey season where everyone said what they were using to chase them thunder chickens. So why not ask about deer. For me I'm shooting a lever action Remington 30-30 and a Winchester bolt .270. Pics of your arsenal would be great!

TC Omega .50 caliber during muzzleloader and more than likely it'll be my old Marlin 444 lever action during rifle.

I might take my Winchester model 70 Featherweight in .308 out for a hunt or two.

Honestly not sure yet. May use my 700 varmint sf 308. Handloaded 178 gr eldx. Or may use the Wilson tactical hunter or the ballistic advantage I built in 6.5 cm. Also with handloads, 143 gr eldx.

30-30 Marlin, just because I told my father in-law I'd kill a deer with the gun he gave my son.
After that, I will probably shoot my 264 WM or .257 Roberts, perhaps one of the newer Nosler rifles.... It's a tough choice but one I enjoy thinking about before each hunt.
