It is in East Tennessee. The pic didn't transfer well which is probably my fault. In the original the hide is really dark brown almost black. This piece of property has a history of odd racks. I don't think it is a young deer. Possibly a really old deer? Or a black deer? I have thousands of pictures of this property for this year alone and this is the first time he has appeared.
Hopefully you will get a better pic of him soon. Odd looking for sure

Don't know exactly what happened, but you can see through the circled part...so it's a blur. Obviously a deer....but it moved fast just as pic was taken.
I'd swear it was an elk. But I'd probably bet on a blurry pic with a buck up close. Maybe you'll get more pics of it.
Hasn't betting caused you enough grief tonight?
