AR15 with Deer Assassin's custom handloads. My daughter put 2 out of 3 shots in the bullseye at 75 yards this afternoon. The third on missed by an inch. Hopefully something will step into range in the morning.

We will be using a 30-30 with 160 grain LeverEvolutions Saturday because we will be hunting thick stuff. On Sunday we will swap to a 243 with a 100 grain hollow points. This farm will be more open with longer shots. My boys are comfortable shooting both these rifles.

Same here except we're using 115 grain deer ammo made by gorilla ammunition.

Two of my grand daughters are too old for this weekend and the other is playing in the girls State semi-final high school soccer this afternoon so they won't be hunting. But when they go, they prefer my Ruger M77 Compact in 260 Rem with 120 gr handloads. The Ruger Predator in 6.5 CM with 140 Hotcor is another good choice (if they can pry it out of my hands).
