nothing, I will put a dry rub on them just to hold in the flavors, then toss them on the grill. I like to feel the texture of the meat.
Funny story real quick. The wife likes dales, she likes it to soak all night long. Well we had steaks one night and I got her a nice big pork chop and marinated all night long. Cooked it with my steak and she is still convinced it was a steak.
