After our fishing trip was a wash Man and I went back to "my" creek and walked some more.

I normally walk one stretch to the first road (what I walked Friday with NOTHING) and then the next stretch is from road to road and that has always been the most productive area of the creek.
I have not walked it in probably 10 years or more and the guy that my friend showed the creek :livid: I don't think walks it any more either so I was really excited about this stretch.

Absolutely NADDA. :(

In that one stretch of creek my friend and I once picked up 12 points in one trip and this time absolutely nothing.
Guess I will wait for the next big rain and hit it again.

I read somewhere that the best time to creek walk it during the winter. Something about the way the bank freezes and breaks off into the water and new points will wash out of those chunks. I have no idea if this was accurate information. If you have found them this time of year, I would stick to what you know. lol
