I was wondering if someone could help me with TN trapping regulations. I'm relatively new to the state and don't understand the regs. What I would like to know is for land sets, do the traps need to be laminated, offset and have a minimum thickness of 1/4 inches? Also for water sets with foothold traps, do you need to meet the above also?

Doesn't have to be all 3 together. Cushion hold, laminated jaw traps, offset wide jaw traps, offset laminated jaw traps, and wide jaw traps with exterior measurement 7" or less and 1/4" jaws. As long as jaws are 1/4" from laminating or factory doesn't matter if offset or not. Don't water trap but regs read the same except you can go up to 9" trap
