Yes, you can login to your account, and check the quota hunts, but I believe it will say, "Pending draw" until the drawing.
I'm guessing the emails are sent immediately after the drawing.

I checked LBL this morning and now it says pending again so who knows what's up
My sense is that since the deadline for Big Game and Elk was 2 days after the season-long waterfowl drawing, TWRA isn't putting any pressure on itself to do the drawing earlier than Wednesday afternoon.
That would probably be true government speed lol

Maybe...why does it take so long? Everyone entered their data into an online platform.
Why is government so slow?
In order to avoid people complaining, exceed thier expectations. The results were posted in less time last year.
