So as to not clutter up the suppressor thread I came across this. Not only would it transfer funds from the tax stamps to wildlife restoration but some of it would go to expediting the approval process. If I am reading it correctly, it looks like it will reduce the approval process for a suppressor to 90 days. Am I reading it correctly? I am wondering if it would apply to applications that are already submitted.

Laws can't be retroactive. Be thankful for that.

And yes, it looks like they have 90 days to deny, or it is automatically approved in 90.

Taking half the revenue and funnel it to activities somewhat associated with suppressors. Instead of it going in the general fund and then siphoned off to Ukraine, illegal aliens, deadbeats, and grift.

I'm not clear on exactly what they are proposing, as I have never applied. But if they aren't adding a bunch of personnel, how can they reduce the time down to 90 days?? Do they take a lot longer now simply because they can?
