probably, females. the dorsal heigth looks more warmouth. the first pic looks more green sunfish. maybe a hybrid since green sunfish will mate with just about anything.
I was just digging up this post to say this exact thing. I've been reading where hybrids of the two are very common and I think this is the most likely situation.

its possible. in those dark phenotypes like that the only sure fire way to tell the difference is that a warmouth will have a definate tongue toothpatch that you can see and feel but the green sunfish and wargreen will not.
