Rear quarters can go 250 lbs each without skin.
Front quarters 150 lbs each. They provide some good meat. It's been 2017 since I got my last moose ……. Maybe the moose gods will bless me this year.

It's cold here and remote any disruption in supply chain from Seattle and Portland and this place closes down in 3 days.
I guess the cold keeps most of the illegal immigrants out of interior Alaska but we still get Biden's poison from China thru Mexico.
