I was thinking about getting one of these and was trying to figure out what kind of Leupold scope bases to get.I looked on the Leupold website and they do not list this model of gun on their charts,Looked on Savage site and it said standard centerfire rifle bases would work,but I thought this was a little vague since some of the standard rifle bases specify round receiver and some don't.Forgive my ignorance,but I was trying to save time by not ordering bases that don't work and thought someone here may have figured this out already.Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty sure the 220 uses the same mounts as the long action 110 rifles.
I've got EGW or DNZ mounts on all my Savages, so that's what I'd recommend.
