Yeah, been eating at it since Sat. Two half racks of ribs left for supper tonight then that'll be it. We had about a dozen folks over Saturday night & they put quite a hurtin on the grub, but they didn't get it all.

Looks good...... me and Purple onion did some grilling last night but the thread got washed this morning. He is trying find the pics again.


Where did you get the rack to hold those Ribs up?

Hey CA, good to hear from you again. I started a thread on the things wrapped in bacon, but the name of them must have got the thread deleted. They are the finger sized sausage links, wrapped in bacon & then rolled in brown sugar. Smoke em at 250 for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. They didn't last long between me & my brother. They are called Pig Pe***rs. There is a thread on them in the appetizers section on thesmokering.com Them things are great!!
