Yeah, been eating at it since Sat. Two half racks of ribs left for supper tonight then that'll be it. We had about a dozen folks over Saturday night & they put quite a hurtin on the grub, but they didn't get it all.
Hey CA, good to hear from you again. I started a thread on the things wrapped in bacon, but the name of them must have got the thread deleted. They are the finger sized sausage links, wrapped in bacon & then rolled in brown sugar. Smoke em at 250 for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. They didn't last long between me & my brother. They are called Pig Pe***rs. There is a thread on them in the appetizers section on thesmokering.com Them things are great!!
