Sandhills on the move

Watched & listened to a couple thousand Sandhills going over the house today. Don't know how long it had been going on but I stepped out side around 11 and it was already in progress. For two solid hours, groups of 50 to a 100 were on their journey north. I would guess that these were coming off Wheeler Refuge and following I65. I don't see them in the fall following coming down I65 but usually see some coming north following I65.

Had to go through Wycliffe Kentucky a few days ago and I've never seen so many ducks and geese sitting on the east side of 51. I almost wrecked three times rubber necking
