REM700BDL action torque spec

I have a REM 700BDL/30-06 in a Fajen pillar bedded laminate stock barrel is free floated. I was wondering can I get a action torque spec from you guys. I was thinking 40-50inlbs
I replaced the trigger and also added Leupold 3.5x10-40 VX3I scope and Leupold QRW base and rings.

I've always just used a hollow ground screw driver and DA's couple of grunts technique. You can feel when you aren't turning the screw anymore bu using more force. Alternate between the front and rear screw. OF course it's even better to use a torque wrench if you have one then you know what you have done.

I wouldn't go more than 45-in/lbs. Any more and the BDL metal may crack.
