my cousin got a 3-9-50. It is very clear and appears to be of same quality as his vx-11. Very good for the price

The Revolution line is probably the best value in entry level scopes right now, and the glass doesn't look entry level. Side by side I think they are sharper than the vx-I, and close to the vx-II. The warranty is through Leupold, so you can't go wrong there.
It does agitate me that they don't send a cover out with the scopes, the cost couldn't be that much more and I would pay an extra $10 for a Redfield Neoprene cover.

Got a 3x9x40. Absolutely love it!
I own 5 of the Rifleman's in the 3x9x40 LRD. I just love the clarity of the Leupold, and they are good scopes for the money. I haven't seen any of the the new Redfields in person. I wish they still made the Wide Angle scopes.
I bought a new redfield 2-7x33 for my 30-30 and its very good quality..Or seems that way,glass is nice and clear and gathers light very well.
compared to the nikons and bushnells in the same price range i think they are a far superior optic

I got a new 3x9 40 Redfield for Christmas and love the clarity and price point. Going to sight it in tomorrow on my new t/c muzzleloader. Can't wait!

i went to zero it and transmission went out in my truck so that was the end of that
