Question about turbines side (Wattsbar)

Since they quit letting people fish the turbines side everyone moved to the lock side. So with that being said we drove up there with all are catfish and bass rods and fished the lock side from 11pm-4am with 0 bites! Had night crawlers ,liver,cutbait, live bait , everything you can think of, but nothing! So drove across the bridge and into the turbines side with no sign of any signs that said no fishing , plus TWRA said they didnt care if we fished that side , caught 1 stripe and hooked up with 3 good cats. But the real question is , who's decision is it if u can fish or not TWRA , or TVA??

There are big signs that say no trespassing! If you turn at the switchyard, they are on the fence. If you go in main entrance to plant, there are signs as soon as you turn in. They say something to the effect of US government property No Trespassing.
