I'm the same way with a platter full of ice cold raw...and a couple pitchers.There are few pleasures in life I relish more than a plate of freshly grilled oysters, with the butter still bubbling and the Parmesean stuck to the slick side of the shell. Squeeze some lemon on top and maybe a dash of hot sauce.....
