Orange in a blind

Do you have to wear orange in a blind or can you drape it over the blind. I don't mind wearing it in a tree as it seems to be better than camo but the deer seem to pick up movement of it in a blind. Makes it a little tougher on kid shooting with crossbow.

Legally, you are required to wear it on upper body and head during any firearm season.
