LMAO . I'm surprised TCU did as well as the did against OSU. Other than a big strong QB I really did not see much to them.

UGA went for it on 4th and 5 with the backup qb in order to kill clock. It was one of three passes attempted by the backup qb who is fighting to be the starter for next season. I don't really think that it was to pile on the beating, but I'm also biased. I was also hoping that they would let him pass it more just to see what he could do, scoring or not, to get a feel for the qb room for next season
Honestly I didn't watch one play in the 2nd half. I just thought it was a funny meme. 
You can't expect the 2nd and 3rd team guys not to try and score. I don't see anything wrong with it. It's the defense's job to stop them. Vols have been on both sides and it is what it is.
