Blackout windows installed and sealed with weather stripping yesterday. Already getting ready for 2024-25 season. 😉

Also curious about how they are "sealed with weather stripping"?
They are not curtains. They are panels of 3/16" thick, tinted plexiglass that I cut to fit the opening. Two hinges on the bottom of each one, attached to the bottom 2x4 that makes the frame of the window opening so that the windows will fold down. The weather stripping is just foam sealant tape with sticky on one side. Stick the strips to the plexiglass and when folded up, the tape abuts the four 2x4's that frame the opening. Latches like in in the pic swing over the corners to keep them closed.
