Native habitat

I got some lane I would like to make more wildlife friendly and put back to native grasses in Knox Co. Where would I go about a plan for this and making it happen.
Does TWRA help with burns and pointing a direction of what to plant or do I need to look at other resources?

The WHIP program is pretty extensive too. If you really want to do it right that's a great program.
