Looking for a GOOD gunsmith

Anyone know of a GOOD gunsmith in the memphis and surrounding area?

I need a set of sights put on a 357 snubbie. The last guy I used left a lot to be desired. Didn't even let him finish. All I want is a plain set of factory sights installed.
